About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Disability Services team, driving high-quality services that align with our department's goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining relationships to deliver outcomes for South Australians with a disability.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to positive change for people with disabilities, working in a diverse and inclusive culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive and guide a team of operational staff to deliver high-quality services
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with best practice standards
  • Provide leadership, performance development and management of staff
  • Effectively lead and implement strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Leadership and Management or relevant qualifications
  • Significant experience in a similar role
  • Current Australian driver's licence

Working Conditions:

  • National Police Check required
  • Some out of hours work may be required
  • Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required
