About the Job
We are seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our Security Sales team in the Australia and New Zealand region. As a key member of our Global Security Sales Organisation (GSSO), you will be responsible for driving significant growth of our security architecture and portfolio of technologies and services. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a business plan that maximizes Cisco's Security revenues in the region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing teams of 50+ people. You will possess excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good relations with leadership teams, marketing, and other stakeholders. Your expertise in providing thought leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication will be essential in influencing cross-functionally and driving business results.

Key Performance Indicators
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the following key performance indicators:
  • Developing and executing a business plan that maximizes Cisco's Security revenues in the region
  • Driving significant growth of our security architecture and portfolio of technologies and services
  • Leading a team of 50+ people to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Maintaining good relations with leadership teams, marketing, and other stakeholders
