Job Opportunity

As a Technical Platform Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a 24x7 team of Cloud Operation Specialists with a focus on customer success in the APJ region.

You will collaborate closely with Cloud Product Management to drive improvement to product offerings and services, focusing on availability, reliability, scalability, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting a 24x7 team of Cloud Operation Specialists with a focus on customer success
  • Collaborating with Cloud Product Management to drive improvement to product offerings and services
  • Assisting in vendor communications and technical issue resolution with CSPs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the Cloud Operations Managers Team

Requirements include:

  • Experience with AWS or Azure Cloud (Certification & demonstrable experience required)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Understanding of core system administration tools, basic networking protocols, Cloud security, and compliance

Additionally, we seek a strategic leader with experience in running operations for cloud/SaaS platforms who can foster meaningful connections and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will be part of a team working cross-functionally with Sales Support, Product Management, Engineering, and global support teams to ensure a unified customer experience on public cloud.
