Cleaning Assistant Role

This is a vital position in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation for residents' rooms.

As part of our team, you will work collaboratively to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

You will support your peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit.

  • Work safely to protect yourself, colleagues and residents by following all policies and procedures.

To be successful, you will need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience as a cleaner is ideal but not necessary.
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills when interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
  • A reliable team player.
  • Effective reading, writing and communication skills.
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
