We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our team. This role will focus on the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, from tendering to completion, with a strong emphasis on tendering coordination and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of hospitality projects
  • Manage tendering processes
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver cohesive design outcomes
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
  • Oversee contract administration and ensure timely project delivery

This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-senior level architectural professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our projects.

Requirements
  • Registered Architect (Victoria) with 8+ years' experience
  • Strong background in project delivery, including contract administration
  • High proficiency in Revit
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation and leadership skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Current driver's licence
