Principal Architect Position

This is an exceptional chance for a seasoned architect to take on a leading role in our design-build practice and contribute to a landmark industrial build project.

• Collaborate with the senior architect leading the project, assuming ownership of documentation and construction phases, including producing and coordinating shop drawings, RFIs, and documentation packages.
• Lead daily coordination with the builder and consultants, working in Revit across all documentation stages to a high technical standard.
• Ensure smooth delivery through construction, prioritizing quality and accuracy.

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in architectural practice, preferably on large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, site coordination, and project documentation.
• High proficiency in Revit.
• Ability to collaborate directly with builders, engineers, and internal teams.
• Registered Architect (preferred but not essential).
