About the Role

The Aquatic Services Coordinator is a key position within our organization, responsible for the management and operation of the swim school and related services. This role requires a highly motivated and energetic individual to lead our Swim School team and drive members' goals and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate the swim school and related services to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
  • Lead the Aquatic Services Officers/Swim Teachers to ensure the delivery of swim school programs meets the highest standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a strong relationship with all bookings, including local clubs and schools.
  • Identify opportunities to increase school lessons and user group bookings.
  • Develop and execute plans to maximize participation and drive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and possess strong communication skills.
  • Values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, leadership, and accountability.
  • Ability to run swim classes in the absence of a swim teacher.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate, National Police Check, and Working With Children Check.
