Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a Local Organising Committee (LOC), established for delivering the 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup in Australia. The event will bring together 12 nations in a tournament structured into three groups of four, celebrating women's football and multicultural Australia, and delivering legacy outcomes for football and Australian society.


The Accreditation Manager will be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of accreditation services and operations in Australia for the AFC Women's Asian Cup 2026. This includes managing the client accreditation registration process, working closely with safety and security to guarantee the quality of information, protection of data and operations, and developing and implementing accreditation manuals, procedures and operations under guidance of AFC Accreditation and Access Lead and LOC Accreditation Manager.


The ideal candidate will have background and experience in accreditation and/or working in Venue Management or at Events. They will also have a strong understanding of accreditation and access management operations and its integration in accreditation within Venue Operations, as well as knowledge of Venue Operations (Stadium) and developing procedures and policies for access at venues and translating these into effective operational delivery.


The Accreditation Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including volunteers, to deliver training to ACR staff, safety & security staff and volunteers. They will also manage the accreditation team in all operations and client process where required.
