Purpose:
  • Deliver groceries and engage directly with customers as the face of the company
  • Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed at all times
  • Always adhere to safe driving practices, prioritizing road safety and responsible behavior
  • Complete thorough van checks before every journey
  • Ensure food arrives at the customer's doorstep in excellent condition
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Be flexible and willing to lend a hand in store when required
  • Work independently and manage time efficiently

As a Delivery Professional, you will have the flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings and evenings. This role requires a high level of organization and time management skills.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess:

  • A full driving license (held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points)
  • Be positive, friendly and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Be punctual and able to work well under deadlines
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of road safety and traffic regulations
