Job Opportunity: Claims Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage Personal Injury Commercial Claims, empowering injured workers by ensuring they receive correct entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to make accurate claim assessments.
  • Evaluate complex cases efficiently, prioritizing the well-being of injured workers while resolving claims cost-effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams and external stakeholders for timely and proactive case management.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to legislative authorities, employers, and injured workers, adhering to legislation and maintaining efficiency in claim processing.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong track record of providing exceptional customer service in Workers Compensation claims, portfolio claims management, or call centre operations is essential.
  • Effective communication skills, including negotiation and listening skills, are required in high-volume environments.
  • A team player with resilience to handle complex, sensitive, and challenging matters is necessary.
  • Allied Health or Psychology experience would be advantageous but not mandatory.
