Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the hospitality team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
- Develop and implement hospitality strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage financial performance and budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including residents, staff, and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve hospitality operations
- Bachelor of Hotel, Resort Management or equivalent
- Full working rights in Australia
- Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Understanding of hospitality management systems and procedures
- Proven track record of driving hospitality operations and achieving key performance indicators
- Experience in managing financial performance and budgets
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
