Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that all customers leave our restaurant satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, taking their orders with a smile.
  • Prepare food according to high standards, including cooking, grilling, frying, and assembling food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, maintaining records of sales.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless order preparation.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service skills to deliver a memorable experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Quick service restaurant experience is highly preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
  • Mandatory Requirements: Food Safety Certificate, Valid working rights, RSA Certificate.
