Frontline Store Associate Opportunity

 

Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our frontline team at our Mt Barker store. As a Frontline Store Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through active listening and empathy
  • Promote products and deals in-store, driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and manage cash handling responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines
  • Contribute to effective merchandising and stock control, ensuring an attractive and well-stocked store environment

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred, but not essential
  • A confident attitude, energetic approach, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
