Job RoleWe are expanding our Occupational Therapy team and welcome experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapists to join our purpose-driven team.
You'll bring expertise, maturity and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.

We are looking for OTs who share our passion for disability. If you're excited about working across the lifespan with physical disability, paediatrics, adults, psychosocial conditions, and neurodevelopmental conditions, we are the team for you.
Successful candidates will provide supports to cover NDIS participants living in various areas.
We'd love to hear from Occupational Therapists with all levels of experience who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.
About the Position
- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and meet their goals
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
