About the RoleThe primary objective of this position is to deliver high-quality landscaping services, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding landscaping designs, coordinating with designers and architects, and performing tasks such as building retaining walls, preparing and laying turf, and operating machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Bearing in mind the client's expectations, ensure plant growth and maintain the garden's aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with designers and architects to guarantee the garden meets the client's requirements.
- Construct retaining walls and garden beds to enhance the garden's visual appeal.
- Lay turf and ensure its optimal growth.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Hold qualifications in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience.
- Hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Hold a Manual drivers licence.
- Holding a Chemical User Certificate, ACUP, or relevant training is preferred.
- Machinery tickets are required if using machinery.
A valid Police Check within 12 months is mandatory for this role.
