Collaborating with diverse teams, you'll contribute to the selection, installation, and ongoing care of plants, ensuring the beauty and vitality of ORL gardens.

**Remuneration**:
Join ORL and enjoy a competitive salary package of $60,000 per year, supplemented with superannuation. Embrace a fulfilling career with additional benefits, including 4 weeks leave (pro rata), sick or carers leave (pro rata), and all public holidays (pro rata).

**Main Role**:
**Plant Sourcing**:
- Collaborate with designers, garden care team, and clients to curate and plant materials for new projects and garden care jobs.

**Consultation and Design**:
- Consult with clients and designers, utilizing your industry expertise to create plant lists.- Implement creative designs using CAD or other tools.

**Nursery Management**:
- Efficiently manage the nursery.- Evaluate and refresh stock.- Maintain an organized and tidy inventory.- Ensure optimal watering practices.- Execute potting up activities.

**Garden Installation**:
- Contribute to the installation of new gardens in coordination with the landscape team.

**Aftercare Services**:
- Provide ongoing care to new landscapes during free periods, collaborating with the garden care team.

**Client Engagement**:
- Offer expert advice and plant lists to existing clients, focusing on plant improvements. Undertake orders and plant outs.- Regularly visit gardens, proposing annual refresh or updates.- Communicate with clients, providing estimates for suggested work.

**Landscape Support**:
- Collaborate on landscaping jobs, offering construction support, hands-on involvement, and laboring.

**Collaboration with Garden Care Team**:
- Assist the garden care team with tasks such as mulching, pruning, and garden renovations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven horticultural experience with plant sourcing expertise.
- Design skills using CAD or equivalent tools.
- Effective nursery management capabilities.
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience in landscaping and garden care.
