Due to the continued expansion of our business, we are seeking experienced retail security officers for various sites across Brisbane.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Providing a visible security presence to protect client sites
  • Demonstrating approachability and strong customer service when dealing with the public, visitors, and clients
  • Resolving security incidents in a safe and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Professional and courteous conduct at all times
  • Neat and well-maintained appearance
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to respond professionally to incidents
  • Physically fit and committed to high customer service standards

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Ability to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current QLD Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Proactive, energetic, and customer-focused
  • Own transport and a valid QLD driver's license
  • Australian citizen with unrestricted right to work in Australia
