Spare Parts Coordinator

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional organizational and communication skills.

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding spare parts.
  • Process customer quotations and orders efficiently.
  • Ensure seamless order status updates are provided to customers.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing inventory records, coordinating procurements, and resolving issues related to spare parts delivery or quality. They will also have excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
    • Process customer quotations and orders.
    • Provide regular order status updates.
  • Spare Parts Management:
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory.
    • Coordinate the procurement of spare parts from suppliers.
    • Resolve any issues related to spare parts delivery or quality.
Requirements:

Essential Requirements:

  • ERP System Experience:
    • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, and MS Outlook, Office.
  • Spare Parts Experience:
    • Previous experience in spare parts/customer service.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions:

This role is based at our offices. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be willing to adhere to company policies and procedures.
