About the Role

This challenging and rewarding role offers you the opportunity to work as a clinical therapist with the Young Stroke Service. The service provides innovative and comprehensive care for young adult stroke survivors, leveraging cutting-edge research and technology.

The successful candidate will provide outpatient clinic services, lead multidisciplinary meetings, and coordinate care for patients across Victoria. You'll join a talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and advancing the field of stroke rehabilitation.

About You
  • You hold current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
  • With at least 5 years of experience in allied health, particularly in working with stroke or chronic conditions, you're well-equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • As a seasoned professional with project management expertise and experience in establishing new healthcare systems, you'll thrive in this dynamic environment.
