Visionary Clinical Research Assistant Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team in advancing patient care through clinical research.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entered into our systems, serving as the primary contact for sites and investigators participating in studies, and conducting remote site management activities according to applicable SOPs and the Study Monitoring Plan.

  1. Become familiar with ICON's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and applicable regulations.
  2. Maintain timelines and ensure the precision of data entry into ICON systems.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for sites and investigators involved in studies.
  4. Conduct and complete remote site management tasks as per applicable SOPs and the Study Monitoring Plan.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in a life science field.
  • At least 12 months of experience in a Clinical Trial Assistant or similar role within the clinical/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of ICH GCP Compliance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
