We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with a passion for building strong relationships within an organization to take on this key role.
Role ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for driving hotel culture by supporting workforce functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, reward and recognition, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating internal recognition programs
- Maintaining adherence to employment laws and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have most (or all) of the following qualifications:
- A genuine interest in human resources or people management
- Relevant studies or experience in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
- A high level of integrity and a solid moral compass
- Flexibility and a proactive approach when faced with challenges
