Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culture Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting key workforce functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes, reward and recognition programs, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new and departing employees.
  • Reward and Recognition Programs: Design and administer reward and recognition programs to acknowledge and appreciate employee contributions and achievements.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and provide training and support to employees as needed.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Personal Qualities: A positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
