Avionics Systems Specialist

This position entails maintaining, inspecting and conducting fault diagnosis of avionic systems and components.
Maintaining performance standards to meet regulatory and airworthiness requirements is crucial in this role.
- Maintain, inspect and undertake fault diagnosis of avionic systems and components
- Ensure maintenance performance meets all regulatory and airworthiness requirements
- Carry out scheduled servicing and other unscheduled maintenance under the guidance of a Team Leader
- Accurately record details of work performed on the correct documents and gain certification within required timeframes if necessary
- A Certificate IV in Aeroskills – Avionics or equivalent qualification is mandatory
- Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain Federal Government Security Clearance
- Experience or strong interest in working with Defence Aircraft is mandatory
- Military or Civil Aviation Maintenance Licence is highly desirable
