Your Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the efficient running of our warehouse by leading an operational team.

The activities required to deliver these objectives include:

  • To manage, plan, organize, staff, and direct warehouse activities while addressing HR issues such as absence, attendance, and sick leave. This involves assessing workloads within the allocated team and allocating resources adequately on a day-to-day basis.
  • To achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in management, productivity, and customer service, ensuring your teams deliver against their KPIs.
  • To ensure all company equipment and assets are handled and operated responsibly at all times.
  • To guarantee that all team members comply with all Health and Safety policies and processes at all times.
  • To undertake any other tasks required by management.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately AU$60,000 - AU$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
