We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team of Personal Carers. As a Personal Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and independence of our elderly residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This may involve assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and engaging residents in various activities to promote their mental and physical well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting their dignity and autonomy
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Engage residents in activities that promote their mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social events
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition or behavior to management
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
  • Current NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain it
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to adapt to changing situations and priorities
