We are seeking a talented Cook to join our passionate team at Tarragal Glen Manor Retirement Village on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents, adhering to health and safety policies.
  • Assist in stock control, ordering, and costing for an efficient kitchen operation.
  • Maintain food handling regulations and plan for events and special functions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain resident information.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 2 weekdays, 9:30am to 6:30pm.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or formal chef/training.
  • Current Food Handling Certificate.
  • National Police Check and First Aid/CPR Certificate.
