Good Leadership – We're looking for a Store Leadership Role to join our team at BONDS Kids Bondi Junction Store. Career Growth – This is a full-time position working 38 hours a week across a Sunday-Thursday roster. Key Responsibilities – You'll lead by example, creating memorable customer connections, and assist in the training and development of your team to deliver on store budgets and KPIs. Visual Merchandising – You'll have previous experience with the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and manage high stock volumes with ease. Collaboration – You'll work closely with the Store Manager on operational and ad hoc tasks as required.Good Benefits & Perks
