Marine Biologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Marine Biologist at the Quicksilver Group. As a key member of our Dive department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing educational and informative experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct guided snorkelling tours and on-board presentations to educate and inform guests about the marine ecosystem.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and informative content to promote the beauty and diversity of the Great Barrier Reef.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives to promote marine conservation and sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in a relevant biological field.
  • Master Reef Guide Certification (highly regarded).
  • Current Coxswains Certificate (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a roster over a 7-day rotation.
