We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based clinical care in the community, with a focus on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering targeted therapy to clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, client-centered care in the community
- Deliver occupational therapy services that meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
