Job Description:

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide domestic assistance, help with meal preparation and shopping, and offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities.

  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home of older people so they have a safe and beautiful place to live
  • Supporting Independence: Helping our customers with daily tasks and promoting independence
  • Emotional Support: Providing respite and emotional support to our customers

You'll also be responsible for providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, and ensuring their overall well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role
  • The ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
