About This Role:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers who share our vision of delivering personalized support that enables customers to live independently.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Personal Care Assistance:
Providing showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support to ensure the well-being and dignity of our customers.
Social Support:
Offering transportation for activities, shopping, and medical appointments, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
Domestic Tasks:
Assisting with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
Customer Support:
Monitoring customer well-being, reporting progress, and supporting customers in using aids and equipment.
Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, proof of COVID-19 Vaccination, current First Aid certificate/CPR, Australian Drivers License, reliable vehicle, smartphone with internet access, and preferred Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services.
