To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong GDS skills, specifically SABRE
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Experience with major airline group booking platforms
  • Event Management Technology experience, such as Events Air/Cvent
  • At least 3 years of experience in group travel or MICE
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles
