About the Role

As a Travel Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, providing expert travel solutions that meet their unique needs and exceed their expectations. You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service and travel solutions
  • Develop and implement travel programs that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business results
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict SLAs
  • Ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
