Job Title: Multimedia Storyteller

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled multimedia storyteller to capture high-quality stories for news and updates.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, based in our Cairns office. You will have the opportunity to shoot and edit all rounds of news, including environment, sport, politics, and community activities.

About You:
  • Demonstrated expertise in both camera operation and editing
  • Experience shooting interviews, sport, and community activities with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work productively in a team environment, contributing positively to our operation and to working relationships
  • Ability to contribute ideas, and to demonstrate initiative and flexibility
  • Positive work ethic, with ability and willingness to learn new systems
  • High level of creativity with the flair to identify and tell compelling news stories
