Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Contract Manager

We seek an experienced professional to manage complex contracts for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Stations, Systems, Trains and Operations & Maintenance PPP Project.
This role will involve interfacing with external entities within an unincorporated joint venture and across the PPP contractual structure.
The successful candidate will draft complex correspondence, build claims, and negotiate dispute resolutions in collaboration with project and commercial managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 4+ years post-graduate experience in contract management or a related field.
- Background in private legal practice or in-house legal roles (preferred).
- Expertise in contract management and dispute resolution in infrastructure/construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of contract law and ability to assess and mitigate contractual risks.
- Proficiency in drafting contractual notices, claims, and responses.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
