About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CS&I Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Control Systems & Instrumentation Engineering Group, you will be responsible for designing and specifying general instrumentation, valves and DCS/PLC based control systems.

Your primary objective will be to provide high-quality CS&I engineering and design support to Bechtel projects seamlessly. You will work closely with the Control Systems & Instrumentation Engineering Group Supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

This position will initially commence in Brisbane before relocating to Helsinki, Finland on a 12-month short-term assignment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various exciting projects and develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and specify general instrumentation, valves and DCS/PLC based control systems;
  • Provide high-quality CS&I engineering and design support to Bechtel projects;
  • Work closely with the Control Systems & Instrumentation Engineering Group Supervisor to ensure efficient task completion;
  • Liaise with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery;
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
