About the Role

This role reports to the Enterprise Lead PMO & Risk, involving project governance, consistency, and oversight across the group. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project management frameworks, facilitating annual capital and maintenance plans, and preparing reports for the PMO team and Business Investment Review Board.

The position undertakes governance activities, including contract lifecycle management, drafting agreements, and coordinating executed contracts. Proper close-out procedures and release of bank guarantees are essential.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require advanced communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure are also essential.

Technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, SharePoint, and PowerApps), Salesforce CLM, and previous experience in project management or project controls. Knowledge of JDE systems, Project Costing, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft PowerApps iLeader, and Salesforce CLM is desirable.

A bachelor's degree or certificate qualification in construction management, finance, business, accounting, or related discipline is required. Knowledge of PMBOK, Prince 2, and Agile Project Delivery Process Principles and Project Life Cycle is necessary.
