We are seeking a talented Executive Coordinator to join our team and deliver exceptional support across various areas.
This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to work closely with Executive Assistants and Coordinators, focusing on day-to-day tasks, especially during peak periods or when staff are absent.
Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Inventory management and replenishment
- Event planning, coordination, and setup
- Travel booking support and temporary assistance to the Travel Coordinator
- Supplementary help with Executive Assistant duties
- Support with procurement-related activities and collaboration with the Procurement Coordinator
- Regular reception support, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A relevant diploma and 2-5 years of experience in administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Background in calendar management, travel booking, and procurement platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships and adapt to changing circumstances
