Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to lead our compliance advisory team and help us meet our regulatory obligations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Line 1 compliance and/or risk, with experience in retail banking or a recent background in financial services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on financial services and credit laws.
  • Maintaining continuous improvement and compliance knowledge across the team.
  • Implementing People First Bank's compliance strategic objectives as per the Compliance Risk Management Framework (CRMF).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of Line 1 compliance and/or risk.
  • Experience in retail banking or a recent background in financial services.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
