Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Designer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually impactful content for all brand communication and campaigns, working closely with our Creative Director to develop unique graphics for various media platforms.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with our Creative Director to produce exceptional content for brand communications and campaigns
  • Design original, persuasive graphics for diverse media channels, including campaign visuals, video storyboards, social media, print, and more
  • Lead visual explorations from concept to implementation, effectively communicating design rationales to the team
  • Contribute creative ideas to elevate the brand, collaborating with partners, product marketing, and growth teams
  • Maintain a consistent brand look across channels, continuously evolving designs to meet the latest market trends
  • Design partner content, ensuring brand consistency, particularly in the sports sector
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching and creating AI-assisted visuals that meet our high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Account Managers, and Strategic Planners to design assets across multiple channels
  • Work internationally, handling diverse projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house design studio, preferably with a focus on campaigns
  • Online portfolio or presentation showcasing design and conceptual abilities
  • Proactive attitude with a 'get things done' approach
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other graphic applications
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, including AI-assisted creative work
  • Strong determination, attention to detail, and the ability to captivate audiences visually
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and art direction is a plus
  • A deep understanding of market dynamics as a crypto enthusiast is advantageous
  • You must be located in the APAC region

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience.
