About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Service Officer. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.

  • Responding to telephone calls and counter inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Providing product information and spare parts advice to internal and external customers
  • Processing payments, preparing sales orders, quotes and associated documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient delivery of spare parts
  • Resolving internal and external customer requests and issues
  • Loading, unloading and storing parts and materials
  • Picking and packing parts and materials for dispatch

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
