Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analyst to join our Consumer & Business Marketing Analytics team in Sydney. As a Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and advising Mortgage Marketing and Product partners on customer targeted initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract, analyse and manipulate complex data using SQL and Adobe Clickstream to optimise customer communications and digital experiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Westpac's databases and data structures to drive data-driven insights and decisions.
  • Present clear and actionable insights to key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data-driven solutions.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in Digital Insights or Analytics with a strong data-driven background.
  • High proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and working knowledge of Adobe Clickstream data.
  • Sound knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products, particularly Adobe Analytics.
  • Ideal experience in advanced analytics by utilising knowledge of statistical analyses using R/Python.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for stakeholder engagement responsibilities.

  • A competitive salary range: AU$110,000 - AU$140,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
