As the technical lead for this project, you will be responsible for designing and developing data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights, creating interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business needs, and implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  The successful candidate will have responsibility for designing and developing data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights, creating interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business needs, implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data quality and accuracy, providing technical guidance and mentorship to internal team members on Power BI best practices, collaborating with external integrators to ensure seamless integration of the new BI solution with existing systems, contributing to documentation of new platform and processes – data mapping, process flows, environment architecture, and actively engaging in continuous improvement within the team. Additionally, they will build and maintain strong relationships within the team and Launch Housing, behave in accordance with all Launch Housing policies and procedures, uphold the principles of the Child Safe Code of Conduct, and undertake any other tasks as directed.
