  • Ph.D. or Master's Degree in a technical field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or similar professional experience.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end production-based machine learning pipeline, including data preparation, model building, and deploying models into production using MLOps practices.
  • Strong programming skills, with experience in data science tools and technologies – Python is our primary language.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, including platforms like Databricks (or Spark), AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • A foundation in statistical modelling and advanced mathematical concepts, with the ability to apply these in various data science contexts.
  • Proficient in natural language processing (NLP), to implement generative AI and large language models (LLMs) for complex, language-based data tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
