About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Csarecruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of complex civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering problems, leveraging your expertise in civil design, hydrology, and hydraulic modeling.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including project managers, architects, and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Professional Engineer (MIEAust or FIEAust) registration.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on engineering design experience within a consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex civil engineering projects, with a focus on innovation, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D or 12D software, as well as experience with other relevant tools such as DRAINS, XP-RAFTS, MUSIC, HEC-RAS, and AutoCAD.
