The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Birtinya Sunshine Coast. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient running of the store. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building a Customer-Led Culture
    • Executing sales, service, and compliance initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leading a High-Performing Team
    • Inspiring and leading a diverse team of outdoor enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets
  • Collaborating with Regional Manager
    • Working closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the store is running effectively and efficiently
  • Representing the Store
    • Representing the store and supporting the wider network in the development and execution of initiatives and processes
  • Training and Development
    • Training, mentoring, and coaching Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and build sales and service through exceptional store management
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive outlook
  • Sound knowledge of retail requirements, including POS, stock control, cash handling, security, and store presentation
  • Demonstrated experience working to targets and KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture
  • A genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business
