About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spray Operator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in horticulture and garden maintenance to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional results, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

  • About You
  • You have a ChemCERT and at least 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • You are a strong team player who pitches in when needed
  • You have a practical approach to solving problems and a commitment to safety
  • A full driver's licence is a must

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing and applying pesticides, herbicides, and fertilisers
  • Applying chemicals for weed control and eradication
  • Operate and maintain spray equipment following safety standards
  • Keep accurate records of chemical applications and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Identify and report weed infestations
  • Remove weeds mechanically when necessary
  • Conduct routine litter clean-up and report any damage or issues
