Retail Customer Service Specialist

As a Liquor Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our liquor store.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and merchandising stock.
Operate POS systems and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assist with inventory management and perform stocktakes as required.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Prior experience in liquor retail or a similar environment is essential.
A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RP (Responsible Person) certification is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
Familiarity with stock control and merchandising principles is desirable.
A proactive attitude and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, are essential.
