Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Campus Leader to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of students from across Northwest Queensland.

  • This role involves leading and managing the short and long-term planning and management of the residential boarding campus.
  • Liaise with feeder schools, ensuring transition programs are implemented to support a smooth transition from community to boarding and within the various stages of schooling.
  • Identify opportunities, resolve issues, and improve outcomes for students by addressing concerns in a timely manner and providing referrals to support services as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a safe, nurturing, and inclusive community for diverse range of students to enable them to thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and culturally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student well-being and academic success.
