The job role of a Heart Health Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of a mobile heart health testing service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial aspects of the program, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Develop and monitor event costing models to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Oversee travel expenses, invoicing, and grant applications to secure funding
  • Ensure accurate data management and communication with stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the service
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to deliver high-quality services
  • Coordinate logistics and testing event calendars to optimize efficiency
  • Lead media and branding collaborations with partners to promote the service
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver exceptional results
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in health, business development, or customer service
  • Proven experience in business management and budgeting
  • Highly organized and skilled in project management
  • Strong leadership experience and ability to manage teams
  • Understanding of cardiovascular health or eagerness to broaden knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with SimplyBook, Sling, MS Forms, and SharePoint
  • Flexibility with working hours and travel when required
  • Strong customer service ethic and stakeholder focus
  • Passion for health promotion and community engagement
